oh my yes, i also loooove making jewelry!!
My crafting roots making mobiles were eagerly adapted to making jewelry, which I have always loved making. a way of wearing art, how grand and fun and fabulous. Then, the jewelry found its way into my twig letters because when I first designed my twig letters I wanted to be able to hang them elegantly on the wall so I used many of my earring designs and explorations to make the language of the phinnials (the decorative wire things that one uses to hang them on the wall). I learned to make jewelry waxes while also learning to make molds for clay projects and made a series of monograms based on my twig alphabet to link up my love of universal languages and alphabets. Once again I am integrating some of the jewelry I have made into my music paper mixed media art pieces. The latest wave of making had me braiding fine gold wire to echo my love of sweetgrass and its powerful message of community and positive healing empowerment. I also allowed myself to take apart my broken gold chains and turn them into new pieces that bring with them all the love they carry.

I love to make an ever changing flow of designs so when they are sold I very likely will not make them again, there are exceptions of course but mostly they are one of a kind. I will list what I have, when I have more made, for the love of making and musing about permutations and combinations, fascinations and preoccupations. water and webs, grasses and groupings, flow and rhythm.
